A Look Into A Pitch III

The Demon emperor is considered to be the most powerful demon in all his realm. To become emperor a demon must have completely unsealed his weapon's power. Then must participate in a tournament facing off demons from other realms and classes. The current emperor Lau Toran, the Nightmare Emperor. Once a demon general, by becoming emperor a general of that rank is not named since the emperor is the most highly skilled warrior of that rank. His weapon the demon halbred Hanzori. Capable of summoning hurricanes, thunder storms, blizzards, and fire. Of all the demon weapons it is considered the strongest of all four elements. Cool and calculating, he is the fiercest demon emperor of all time.

Naoki's first C ranked op is with Ryo. Discovering the spirit of Iris within her she becomes a support operative for Ryo. Thier operation takes them to a hotel where a party is being held for the sons and daughters of mob bosses and syndicate members. The children of these mobsters have a history of crime. Drug deals, rapes, theft, arms smuggling and murder are just some of the crimes committed by those the same age as Ryo. As the two hunters approach the party, invitation is the only way to get in. Having no such invite, Ryo quickly dispatches the guards. Entering the ball room with more than 200 guests, Ryo speaks. "You are all the sons and daughters of criminals, you're all under arrest". Scoffs and giggles eurupt from the crowds, guns are drawn all with a bead on Ryo's face. The laughter ends when Ryo opens fire with a custom M60. Screams and blood fill the room as machine gun fire roars, all while Naoki watches in horror. heads roll and organs spill out, after 2 minutes Ryo stands in the center of the room covered in blood amist a mountain of bodies. Ryo sliently begins to walk out when a shout breaks the silence "You're a monster! How could you do such a thing, you are no different from them." Naoki with tears in her eyes is horrified by the scene that took place. She calls Ryo a monster, Ryo grabs her by the throat with his cold lifeless left hand and places a gun to her head. "This is what I've become, this is what the world has made me." Ryo tells her. The entire point of the operation was to bring the world of crime's attention towards Ryo. Now every criminal, bounty hunter, syndicate, mob, demon and angel would be after Ryo. The world of darkness is about to be purged of evil.

Failing

People are afraid of many things. Whether it may be of dogs, turtles or heights. I guess a fear for me is failing. Every time I do bad on a test or quiz I always feel bad about it. I know I should always try my best and do better next time, but I guess its this fear that allows me to do so. I did bad on a quiz of mine yesterday, and I feel real bad about it. I know it seems strange for me to do so, it was the first quiz and there will be others. I just wanted to start the year off right for that class.

I know what I need to do now, but I can't shake that feeling that I could have done better. I should have made the right choice to put it off till I was ready, but no I jumped in without thinking. Its things like this in military terms that will kill thousands of your soldiers and make you look like an idiot. But its like a ad I saw for Fullmetal Alchemist, "Honor isn't about making the right choices, its about dealing with the consequences." So maybe I should see this as a learning experience, sure I didn't do so well now next time I know what to do and look for and now I will deal with what I've done. The path of a ninja is one filled with blood and tears. It is one that I will make it through however.

Look At My Shirt!!

You know here in the U.S. we have a little something called the first amendment. Which states that you're pretty much free to express yourself in anyway possible. One such way is on shirts. You'd be pretty surprised on what they print on them these days. If you're a conservative (I'm a dirty liberal) you'll probably faint or write some angry letter to the clothes industry. I've seen things like "Got Money?", "Stop Reading My Shirt", and my favorite "How to keep an Idiot Busy (see back)". The got money one is a pretty bold statement. I'm sure if you wore that in a third world country the cops or citizens shoot you on sight.

There are even some involved with sex. OOOh he said sex, if you giggled I'm going to shoot you and you need to go back to grade school. Seriously, if your a guy or girl you'd probably would never say or tell these things to a member of the opposite sex. What do you mean well shirts like "Need Head" (its got a guy with no head on it so if you thought something dirty then your gross says the wearer) or "Pornstar". Look I get it theres a sexual innuendo there, you might as well wear a sign that needs to explain it to those (like children) who don't get it yet.

Why do we print such things on shirts? Well all goes back to the first amendment. We can say what we want when we want and by law we can't be arrested for it. I guess when it comes down to it people wear shirts to advertise and express themselves in a positive or negative way. I'm not saying shirts are bad don't wear them go nude. If you thought that I'm going to shoot you. What I'm trying to say is that you need to know what you wear shows who you are. For instance, I wear various anime related shirts every so often. What does it say, its says I like anime and I'm weird. To me I'm not going to succumb to what society wants me to wear. From the very first anime related shirt I bought (an Evangelion shirt) I always played a scenario that some random guy (A. Guy) would make fun of me. Would that stop me, no; remember the beast shall shout "I" at the scarred heart of the world.

A Look Into A Pitch I

Heres a pitch I'd like to take a look into, its from my very first pitch idea that I wrote about (chronologically speaking development wise Demon Savior came first, next was one that I scrapped which was about a man who became impervious to bullets, this one was second, next was Chinese Ghosts) Anyways Toybots is a very interesting series that I'd also like to see become an anime. If you don't know it involves giant robots owned by children and seem more like toys than weapons of mass destruction. Boys and girls own them, when trouble comes the youths spring forth into action to defeat monsters or avert natural disasters. In terms of the monsters attacking, the children fight amongst themselves to see who defeats the monster. The monster becomes almost an innocent bystander in the chaotic fights that ensue. Afterwards the city is rebuilt in almost half a day (the world's economy is doing well).

The mecha designs will vary, they'll pay homage to such mechs like the Gundams, Transzor Z, Power Rangers, Evangelion, and the various Metal Gears. So expect some pretty familiar looking or combination style mechs while they fight. Well guess I'm kinda tapped for ideas for this pitch, next post Wednesday will focus in on the things written on shirts.

A Look Into A Pitch III

Demon weapons vary in styles. Spears, short swords, katanas, broad swords, chain linked; these are just their mortal forms to disguise their true forms which are huge brutally designed weapons. The unique thing about them is that they too are posessed by demons. These demons are called Uboros class demons. They are like decon class demons only their power and size are enormous. Most human souls cannot withstand the stress that thier powers put on thier souls, so they posess weapons instead to be wielded by demon generals. They also have thier own names too, Selpha's sword the sword of Blood posessed by the demon Zanzo. To keep thier powers in check the demons that possessed have 75 percent of their power sealed. To unseal their power one must offer human sacrifices, Zanzo's ability is that Ryo can form it into any weapon he wants. Axe, broad sword, long staff, halberd and etc.

Rin Cron at the age of seventeen she has become the CEO of Cron Corp. She is a childhood friend of Ryo. A tomboy, she wears a dress shirt and tie to work and keeps her hair short. Unlike Ryo she attends private school, the only reasonable place to get an education in the world of Demon Savior. She too is a bounty hunter, she uses Cron Corp's latest weapon, a bionic suit (think Samus's suit) with weapons and armor. She and Ryo stopped talking to each other when they were in junior high. But on a op she goes on her target is Ryo and the two fight, just as the fight nears its end she and Ryo are locked in a stalemate. That is when both of them discover who each other are. She is a girl that Ryo can trust and talk to (he gets a bit nervous talking to Naoki). Rin's a sweet and kind girl, dispite her tough boyish appearance she also holds personal anguish like Ryo (her father was killed by a rival company during the test of the bionic suit prototype) by juggling school work and being the head of a major corporation.

Next time in the next look into a pitch III, the Demon Emperor and Naoki's first C ranked op with Ryo.

I'm Bored

Thought I'd take this time to give people a look at what to expect from me this coming year. First off there will be more pointing out about whats wrong with our world. Since lately its been fillers (i.e. a pitches, random thoughts, very little reviews about anime or games) kinda like Naruto =P. As for a pitch ideas numbers 4 to 6 are currently in thought as of right now. For a little hint about the fabled romance (most of my pitch ideas are violent for their own good) it involves a Chinese Christian girl and an aloof white haired Chinese guy who happen to meet in college. I won't reveal the twist just yet, but it may prove to be a pretty interesting pitch to write about. 5 will be about a highly skilled military assault squad who are tasked with rescue, raids and assault ops. The team is made of highly unique characters who will impress most people. 6 will be about a young man who turns his back on his peaceful life and the woman he loves to become a mercenary. 7 is still under development so I'd expect it come winter or later.

As for looks into a pitch III, one will come sooner than you think. Say tomorrow, to get a sneak peek at what I have in store it'll be about the demon weapons (there's a twist behind them) and Ryo's friend Rin, a 17 year old girl who is head of the U.S.'s most well known distributor and developer of electronics and military weapons Cron Corp. She's also a hunter so she can go as support or share a bounty with Ryo. I was also thinking about looking into past pitches as well as the future pitches. So stay tuned for looks into Chinese Ghosts and Toybots.

Finally for my first game impressions I will be taking a look at EA's Games most popular fps MMOG series: Battlefield 2142 come this winter or perhaps sooner.

Well it'll be an interesting year here in college and for my writing so keep reading I'll try to update every Wednesdays or Fridays, or whenever I don't need to study for a test. So keep reading.

Reflections of College and Music Sweetness

Well in college now. So to pass some time I looked around online to find some anime/game related music. Found a pretty good site, not too sure if this link will work or not, but if you see anything you like you'll need to save it to some place (downloading only takes like a minute or so) I was able to find the opening songs for Bleach and Naruto as well as game music from DDR, Devil May Cry (the Mundus Sky Fight track is the music I set Ryo's fight with the demon emperor to) Gungrave, Gundam Wing, Seed and Seed Destiny. So check this site out: http://gh.ffshrine.org/soundtracks/c

As for my thoughts on college life, its a very different lifestyle. I'm dorming here on campus (remember I don't drive yet). The people in my hall are a bit older than me. Even my roomate is a bit older than me. He's cool though, a bit quiet like me. Classes are very different, professors give you everything that you need to get done for homework via a syllbus. On a student's part its a matter of remembering what you need to get done. Plus there are no wise cracking people in classes, a much needed improvement, since everyone is paying a pretty penny to go to class and enroll here. On top of that now that you're paying for school you must get good grades. Kind of a little motivation, getting bad grades is not exactly the best thing for parents to look at especially if they're paying for your tution.

As for me I'm trying my best to meet new people. It's like I mentioned earlier, there aren't many people like me that I know of around here. What I mean is that they watch anime and play video games. I guess you can count the people that I've met at Long Beach's A.A.C.F., know a few people from church and they're always very friendly. Only bad part is that I don't talk much and I get very shy. But they accept me for it and thats cool. Well thats it for now, a Pitch IV shall be written in the coming weeks, whenever I don't have a quiz or test to study for then it'll be up.
