A Quote

Here's a quote that I think is pretty cool. "It was like watching a dream that I couldn't wake up from, and then just like that the dream was over." Don't know where its from? Its from Cowboy Bebop: "The Real Folk Blues pt 2", when Spike talks to Faye before his one man assualt against the syndicate. At times when we find ourselves in a time where life seems unreal. It's like our bodies go through the same boring routine over and over again and then we find out we've accomplished what we needed to do. Like school, we go, come home, do homework, eat dinner, watch some t.v. or play and then go to sleep to repeat the process. Then before you know it you end up in a graduation gown recieving your high school diploma.

What I'm trying to get at is that you should make those "dream" moments last while they can. Because much like a dream, when you wake up from them you'll never have it again. I find myself realzing this, being a kid doesn't last long. Spike wanted a way out of his world, to not worry about money or being killed by the syndicate, but in the end he awoke from this "dream" he knew that in the dream he was able to escape, but he woke up and took down the syndicate. We can't go back to those times of dreams, we don't realize those dream moments could be the best times of our lives. But hardship and betrayal makes it so that we don't see it that way. So make the best of hard times and the most out of great ones.
